You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped or entered production. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@nyoshopping.com with your order number.
💰 Free Cancellation Before Shipment
There are no cancellation fees if your order has not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method without any deductions.
Note: We’ve built a smart backend system that allows us to pause production and hold shipment temporarily for early cancellations. This ensures your refund is processed quickly and helps us avoid unnecessary loss while keeping the experience smooth for you. It’s a win-win.
🚚 After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you’re fully covered by our Return & Exchange Policy. Simply contact us after receiving your package, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
