30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your order number inside the return package and share tracking details once shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the funds
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns. You will receive a full refund for all eligible returned items, provided they meet our return conditions. There are no hidden charges or deductions from your refund amount.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered in the purchase price.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Bulk purchases made solely for testing purposes
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges provided that:
- The product is in its original, unused condition
- You cover the return shipping cost

Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled if not yet shipped. Email us with subject: CANCEL [Your Order Number].
After Shipment: If your order has shipped, you can still return it once delivered. Email us with subject: REFUND [Your Order Number] for assistance.
