- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items.

2. Approval & Return Instructions:
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization before you ship the item.
3. Ship the Item:
Use the prepaid return label included in your package to send the item back. There’s no additional charge for the return shipping.

Return Costs
Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer pays for return shipping.
Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size, color, or item replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back your item.
Specific Scenarios
- Change of Mind / Cancellations: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed for dispatch. Once this period has passed, the return or exchange process must be followed.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@nyoshopping.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
- Item Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, check your tracking details first. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance.
No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparency no restocking fees apply to any returns or exchanges.
