Return & Exchange Policy

At Nyoshopping, we aim to make returns and exchanges simple and fair for our customers. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Our customer service team is here to assist you and usually responds within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Before shipping, all items go through a quality check for color, size, material, and condition. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with whether unused or gently used you can request a return.

To start a return:

  • Take clear photos of the item and highlight any issues.

  • Email them to sales@nyoshopping.com along with your order number.

  • Once approved, you may need to cover the return shipping cost depending on the reason for return.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • Original tags and packaging are missing (unless the product was defective on arrival).

  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery.

  • The item is a customized or special-order product.

Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or product, you can request an exchange within 30 days.

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover shipping costs.

  • For exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipping may incur a 30% deduction.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but can be returned according to our return policy.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
