Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, worn, washed, or damaged items are not accepted for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost Transparency
Our Responsibility (Free Return): If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refunds & Timeline
Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected.
Payout: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
No Restocking Fees: We do not apply any restocking fees to returns or exchanges.
